During this discussion-based workshop, Dare will discuss how we can incorporate consensual Power Exchange into our relationships, scenes, and sexuality. With lots of time for participant questions, this workshop will provide tips on those first explorations of Power Exchange, including what to consider when negotiating a power-based scene or relationship. Some common beginner missteps for those just starting out will also be covered, emphasizing obtaining meaningful, informed consent. Whether you’re looking to build a hot D/s scene or an ongoing Power Exchange dynamic, there’s something in this class for every beginner.

About Dare:

Dare Campbell (they/them) is a sexuality and relationship educator and coach based in Tkaranto (Toronto, Ontario). They are a proudly queer, non-monogamous, pleasure-affirming community member who loves to facilitate discussions and experiences that strengthen relationships and encourage a sense of curiosity and exploration. Their education and coaching focus areas include self-love & acceptance, consent, communication, non-monogamy, & power exchange. An intersectional lens informs Dare’s coaching and workshop facilitation, recognizing that we live in a complex world with many identities, needs, and desires, and are often subject to systems that actively cause us harm. Dare is invested in growing their anti-oppressive practices. They welcome any feedback on how to make their teaching more accessible and inclusive.
