Language creates our reality & can be an incredible source of power & connection. In The Language of Persistent Power Dynamics, we will talk about deepening our understanding of how language impacts building and maintaining our ongoing power-based relationships. Whether you're new to these kinds of connections or seasoned in your role, this workshop will offer tools and language to co-create consent-rich, intentional, and emotionally attuned connections.

We'll explore how honourifics, play, service, negotiation, ritual, and protocol can all be made more connective through intentional communication. We’ll also discuss how body language and non-verbal communication can add to or detract from what we are trying to convey with our words.
